If you cannot attend a class for which you registered and paid, you must call at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Refunds may be given with a $10 cancellation fee charged. We will allow a one-time class reschedule at no charge; rescheduling after this first time will cost $5, due at the time of the reschedule. If four or fewer people registered for a class that class will be canceled 24 hours prior to class and participants will be eligible for full refunds.

If you fail to show up for a class with no prior notice, your course fee is nonrefundable.

To receive certification, you must attend all class sessions and pass both skills and written tests. If the course you are taking has multiple class sessions you must pass each sessions before going onto the next session.
