Thank you for your support of the life-saving mission of the American Red Cross Greater Salt Lake Area Chapter

We are grateful for the generous support of our community, which allows us to serve the people living throughout the Greater Salt Lake Area. We are not a government agency, and we rely primarily on the generosity of our fellow Utahns and businesses to help us fund our vital programs. With the help of hundreds of volunteers and a streamlined administration, we can ensure that about 90 cents of every dollar goes directly to programs and services. Your donation designation is important. The following options make it easy for you to help.

• Greater Salt Lake Area Chapter - Funds designated here allow you to help support every program in our organization by giving your local Chapter the flexibility to apply the funds where they are needed most.
• Greater Salt Lake Area Chapter – Emergency Services Relief Fund.   Funds designated here allow you to help Utahns with every type of disaster.  American Red Cross disaster assistance is provided to people in need without charge. This is made possible by voluntary donations of time, money and blood from the American people.
• American Red Cross National Disaster Relief Fund - You can help the victims of thousands of disasters across the country each year, disasters like the Hurricanes of 2008, by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. This Fund enables the Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to victims of disasters. Help people affected by disasters by donating to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.  On those rare occasions when donations exceed Red Cross expenses for a specific disaster, contributions are used to prepare for and serve victims of other disasters.
• American Red Cross International Response Fund - You can help the victims of countless crises around the world each year by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross International Response Fund, which will provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need. Help people affected by disasters by donating to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.  On those rare occasions when donations exceed Red Cross expenses for a specific disaster, contributions are used to prepare for and serve victims of other disasters.
